- What counts as an AI post or AI image?
- One AI post is a single generated draft for one platform. One AI image is a single generated or regenerated image render. Editing, scheduling, approving, and publishing existing content never consumes credits.
- Can I change or cancel my plan later?
- Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
- Do agencies get separate workspaces per client?
- Yes. On Pro and Business each website or client gets its own isolated brand kit, voices, knowledge base, connected accounts, and content queue, protected by row-level security.
- What happens if I exceed my monthly limits?
- Generation pauses for the rest of the billing period and the app tells you which limit you hit. You can upgrade instantly to keep generating, and everything already created stays available.
